GENERAL
✿ Any commission that violates the terms below will be CANCELED. I have the right to refuse taking on certain commissions!
✿ NO NFTS (non-fungible tokens) ALLOWED
✿ Please provide clear references (description with image is much appreciated).
✿ Paying means you have agreed to these TOS.✿ Free plain/gradient background color of choice
✿ EXTRA CHARACTERS (max 3): 70% of the base price
✿ COMPLEX PROPS /ADDITIONAL BACKGROUND should have an additional to the total pricePAYMENTS
✿ Payments will be made through VGen (USD) or Ko-fi (USD) and Gcash (Php) / Paymaya (Php)REVISIONS
✿ Any revisions during the sketching phase are free but after that any additions will cost an additional
✿ Minor revisions are free but only limited up to 4 retriesDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✿ Please inform me if you need it done within a time frame/deadline, I will assume you don't need one if not stated.
✿ Each commission usually takes up within 1 to 3 weeks, however some factors may affect the artist's process time ( E.g. emergencies, academics, and the volume of work to be done).USAGE
✿ Price listed are for non-commercial use. (Commercial usage are negotiated).
✿ Please indicate whether this is for commercial use/personal to calculate together with the commission prices.

✿ Personal Use: The client is allowed to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes, such as displaying it in their home or on social media, without the need for additional permission.
✿ Commercial Use: Any commercial use, including but not limited to selling prints, merchandise, or using the artwork for business purposes, requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✿ Copyright: As the artist, you retain the copyright to all commissioned artworks unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
✿ Attribution: The client must provide proper attribution to the artist whenever the commissioned artwork is displayed or shared in any public medium. This includes social media posts and publications. ALWAYS CREDIT THE ARTISTREFUNDS
✿ Once the payment is done. There will be NO REFUNDS.
✿ HOWEVER, Refunds will be made once the artist declines to further draw the said commission due to reasons ( will refund the 80% of the amount, the remaining 20% are for refund fee )COMMUNICATION
